These valve parts are made of high-quality alloy steel with heat treatment by complex forging technology.  An advanced heat treatment method is used in manufacturing to obtain high strength and hardness. The hardness of the working surface is 59-65, it is processed and manufactured in accordance with strict technological regulations to ensure high quality finishes and dimensional accuracy. After quenching, the valve is sandblasted for longer operation.
