The TRIDO-140 flushing pump is designed for pumping drilling mud and water, used in geological exploration, core and vertical drilling, as well as in water drilling. The maximum pump capacity is 201 l / min, and the maximum pressure with ball valves is 69 bar. The pump cylinders are made of stainless steel with a ceramic insert, which significantly increases reliability and increases the service interval. Mud pump pistons are made of HNBR (Nitrile Butadiene rubber)material which is suitable for non-aggressive environments, we also offer pistons made of Kevlar material if you plan to work in an abrasive environment. The pump is equipped with ball valves and stainless steel seats, and this pump can be modified with disc valves. The pump cylinder diameter is 2.75 inches (69.85 mm), and 2.25 inches (57.15 mm) cylinders can be installed to change the pump's pressure and fluid supply parameters.
