The PP-2000 flushing pump is designed for pumping drilling mud and water and is used in horizontal directional drilling. The maximum pump capacity is 2000 l / min and the maximum pressureis 7.0 bar. The pump cylinders are made of high-quality steel using hard chrome plating technology. Mud pump pistons are made of HSN material (Highly saturated nitrile). The pump is equipped with disc valves for aggressive applications. The pump cylinder diameter is 5.00 inches (127 mm).
Borgpumps supplies spare parts for the PP-2000 mud pump according to the customer's needs, it is possible to install:
- reduced diameter sleeves to increase the pump pressure
- stainless steel sleeves with ceramic inserts, which significantly increases reliability and increases the service interval
- of bimetallic sleeves (service life of 600-800 hours under normal conditions)
- pistons made of Kevlar material for longer service life.
The water wash pump is used with PrimeDrilling drilling rigs.
