Flushing pumpPrime Drilling X-1000 is designed for pumping drilling mud and water, used in horizontal directional drilling. The maximum pump capacity is 1,418 l / min, and the maximum pressure is 400 bar. The pump cylinders are made of high-quality steel using hard chrome plating technology. Mud pump pistons are made of HSN material (Highly saturated nitrile). The pump is equipped with disc valves for aggressive applications. The pump cylinder diameter is 6.00 inches (152.4 mm), and 4.00 inches (101.6 mm) cylinders can be installed to change the pump pressure and fluid flow parameters.
Borgpumps supplies spare parts for the X-1000 mud pump according to the customer's needs, it is possible to install:
- stainless steel sleeves with ceramic inserts, which significantly increases reliability and increases the service interval
- bimetallic sleeves (600-800 hours service life under normal conditions)
- pistons made of Kevlar material to extend the service
life, the water wash pump is used with PrimeDrilling drilling rigs.
