The TRINITY TP250 drilling pump is designed for feeding bentonite-based drilling mud and is used in horizontal directional drilling. TRINITY pumps are optimized for the flow rates and pressure ranges required for HDD applications, while carefully considering the problems associated with pumping abrasive bentonite sludge.
The maximum pump capacity is 3641 l / min and the maximum pressure is 155 bar. The pump cylinders are made of stainless steel with a ceramic insert, which significantly increases reliability and increases the service interval. The mud pump pistons are made of HSN (Highly Saturated Nitrile) material. The pump is equipped with disc valves for aggressive applications. Pump cylinder diameter-7.00 inches (177,8 mm), it is possible to install smaller diameter cylinders-6.50 inches (165,1 mm), 6.00 inches (152,4 mm), 5.50 inches (57,15 mm), 5.00 inches (127 mm) to increase the pump pressure parameters.
