The FMC M1632 three-piston (three-plunger) drilling flushing pump is designed for pumping drilling mud and water, and is used in horizontal and vertical drilling. The maximum pump capacity is 1,329 l / min, and the maximum pressure with disc valves is 55 bar. The pump cylinders are made of stainless steel with a ceramic insert, which significantly increases reliability and increases the service interval, when installing bimetallic bushings.
The pump has 5 plunger versions only: M1609, M1610, M1612, M1614, M1616 with plunger diameters from 1.125 (28.575 mm) inches to 2 (50.8 mm) inches. The mud pump pistons are made of Kevlar material and are designed for abrasive environments. We also offer pistons made of high-strength rubber for other applications. The pump is equipped with stainless steel disc valves designed for abrasive environments. The pump cylinder diameter is 4.50 inches (114.3 mm), it is possible to install cylinders from the M1618 modification-2.25 inches (57.15 mm) to increase the pump pressure.
