The KERR TWS 600S three-plunger drilling pump is designed for drilling mud injection, used in drilling, well repair and maintenance, as well as in cementing and hydraulic fracturing. The pump has small dimensions and a unique design with an offset crankshaft, which significantly reduces the load on the crosshead and its guides. The maximum pump capacity is 2,112 l / min, and the maximum pressure with disc valves is 1,160 bar. The TWS 600S pumps can be mounted on the chassis in a back-to-back configuration to move on public roads without additional permits.
The pump is equipped with stainless steel disc valves designed for abrasive environments. The pump valve block is made of forged stainless steel that is resistant to sink formation due to corrosion and is inert to most types of chemical influences. Pump plunger diameters are 2.75 inches (69.85 mm); 3.00 inches (76.2 mm); 3.50 inches (88.9 mm); 4.00 inches (101.6 mm); 4.50 inches (114.3 mm). Plunger diameters are selected according to the customer's design, as the plunger diameter increases, higher productivity is achieved, while reducing the pump pressure.Borgpumps supplies the KERR TWS-600S pump in various modifications for the customer's project.
