DERRICK FLC-2000 Vibrating Screen

The design solutions used on the 500 series vibrating screens made it possible not only to meet the requirements for increased throughput of the first stage of drilling mud cleaning while maintaining (improving) the quality of cleaning, but also to reduce the time required for operations related to their operation.

Design solutions for FLC 500 vibrating sieves:

• Possibility of using pyramid screen panels.
• New generation Super G2 and Super G3 vibration motors that are not serviced are installed.
• An electro-hydraulic system for adjusting the angle of inclination of the movable frame is used (hydraulic and mechanical are also installed at the request of the Customer).
• A single-sided screen panel tensioning system is used, which significantly reduces the time required for screen panel replacement operations.
• A new design of the QUICK-LOK screen panel tensioning device (180° rotation tensioning by two devices per panel)has been applied
• In addition to the standard box and overflow feeders, a VE screen feeder, a feeder with a flow divider or a feeder for duplex installations can be installed.
