The cutters, so-called teeth, are designed for expanders and serve to cut the ground and protect the expander itself, because during the working process, the cutters are exposed to high temperature and mechanical loads. Being a consumable material, the cutters extend the life of the expander, and they themselves are simply replaced with new ones when worn out. Depending on the type of soil, different types of incisors are selected. Flat teeth, so-called "Shark Teeth", are designed more for soft ground, while round teeth will help you with harder ground. Both types of incisors have the same lateral inclination in 40 degrees, which provides them with optimal performance, and reliable alloy hardness, which allows them to withstand heavy loads and high temperatures.
