The diaphragm of the pneumatic compensator in working condition occupies a central position, which is carried out by the ratio of the initial and working pressure. The diaphragm of the compensator makes an oscillating motion all the time during the pump operation. The reliability and durability of the diaphragm is largely determined by the accuracy of compliance with the recommendations for filling the cavities of expansion joints.

This pneumatic compensator diaphragm is installed on Emsco F-500, F-800, and F-1000 pumps.
