Rubber seal for oil seal cleaner types "H916" and "H916B" (otherwise known as: oil seal cuffs)
There are two types: standard (black) and softer (blue).

H916 (black) has a size of 3/8" - 5/8", and has a hardness of 50 Duro
H916B (blue) has a size of 3/8 "- 5/8", and has a hardness of 40 Duro
